Before your committee decides

Can we get started without coding?

The agreed setup and hosting are supplied through the service. Your committee adds its content using the website tools. Discuss any particular requirements during review so we can confirm what is included.

Can we keep our union joining link?

Yes. Keep the official membership and payment routes your union requires. Your Links Page can point students to the appropriate joining information.

What arrives prepared?

The agreed society-focused structure, hosting and bPanel website tools. Setup is performed externally and checked before admin-confirmed activation. Approval is not an instant website or a reserved address.

Does the Links Page update automatically?

Published event links appear through the supplied bPanel website tools. Your committee still controls event details, sign-up deadlines and the other links it adds. This marketing preview does not publish anything.

How does handover work?

The current SocietyDen contact invites another existing verified account. The invitation lasts seven days. Acceptance changes provider contact access, but does not change bPanel ownership automatically. Website access must be checked separately. The existing payer remains responsible until they cancel; handover does not transfer the payment agreement.

When would we pay?

Core is free, including all standard website features and managed hosting. Setup usually £8 · currently waived. Optional custom-domain connection is £15.00 a year. Domain registration and renewal are separate.
