What happens after we request a website?
Requests are reviewed manually. Once your request is approved, your website is set up externally and verified by an admin. There is no public online checkout.
Can we collect event sign-ups?
Yes. Built-in application forms collect responses in bPanel, with search, filters and CSV export. Sign-up lists show who registered, rather than verifying attendance.
How does the links page update?
Publishing an event adds it to your links page automatically. Applications close at their deadline, and the event leaves the links page on the removal date you set.
Can we compare QR codes on different posters?
Yes. Create separate QR codes and assign labels such as Library entrance or Student centre. Compare scan counts by label; these labels do not track a scanner’s geographical location.
What happens when the committee changes?
Committee access can transfer to the next team, helping your society continue using its website without sharing one password.
Do we need to know how to code?
No. Your committee manages website content, events and applications through bPanel.
